The driver scorecard
The Scorecard tab of a driver puts four things side by side, month by month: how he used fuel against the norm, the damages he caused, whether the documents of his orders came back on time, and the bonuses and deductions he got. It is a starting point for a fair talk with the driver, built from figures Quanty already has.
Before you start
- Your organization has the TMS add-on. Open a driver's person card, tab Scorecard. Office staff have no scorecard.
- Everyone can see the scorecard. Summary for the talk needs a role that may change TMS data with the Fleet module, and AI reads documents and writes drafts in TMS settings, Automatic actions (on by default).
- Fuel figures need fuel card files, the vehicle's fuel norm and full tanks (see Fuel).
The scorecard
"Fuel against the norm, damages the driver caused and documents on time, month by month." Period of the scorecard: 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.
| Column | What it shows | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Month | The month. | October 2026 |
| Fuel against the norm | l/100 km against the vehicle's norm on the stretches from full tank to full tank he drove alone, with the litres less or more, and the vehicles. | "33.9 l/100 km against a norm of 29.0: 138.0 l more", "vehicles: PO 5KM21" |
| Damages caused by the driver | The damages recorded with him at fault. | "1 damage", "none" |
| Documents on time | Of his orders that needed documents, how many came back on time, late or are missing. | "5 of 6 on time", "1 late" |
| Bonuses and deductions | The approved items of the month. | "+300.00 PLN", "none" |
"On time means the documents of the order arrived within 14 days of the unloading." When fuel cannot be measured, the cell says why: "no consumption norm", "no GPS km", "no full-tank fills", or "drove in a crew, shared fuel" when he drove with a second driver. With no data: "No data for the chosen months."
Summary for the talk
Summary for the talk writes a short draft from the figures on screen, in your language: what went well, what to talk about. "A draft for the talk: read it before the talk, nothing has been saved." Copy puts it on the clipboard; Close the draft closes it. Nothing is saved and nothing is decided. Each draft uses AI credits.
When it cannot write: "AI is turned off in the TMS settings. You can write the summary yourself from the figures above." or "There are no funds for AI in this organization right now."
Good to know
- The fuel column follows the sets: a stretch with a set change or a crew is not put on one person. Keep the set history right (see Sets and switching).
- The damages column follows the damages: when a damage no longer names the driver at fault, it drops out (see Damages and warranties).
- The documents column follows the required documents of each order (see Documents and scans).
Figures, not a verdict
The scorecard counts what is on record. Read it together with what you know about the routes, the loads and the weather before you talk to the driver.
