How Quanty fits together

Workbooks & sheets

Each workbook holds a sheet with pages, rows and typed columns. Rows are documents, text entries or plain data.

AI columns

Columns carry prompts. Quanty reads the row’s documents and fills cells with cited, reviewable values.

Chat & agents

The chat panel answers questions over your files and edits sheets with tools. Agents package instructions for reuse.

Automations

Inbound email, Gmail triggers and schedules write rows on their own — with approval queues and one-click undo.

Kanban boards

Any select column turns a sheet into a board. Cards are rows — dragging one writes the cell, with the audit trail watching.

Forms

A share link turns chosen columns into a form. Submissions land as rows, ready for your AI columns to run.
