What these docs are

These docs explain how Quanty works: its screens, buttons, settings and rules. Quanty changes as new versions ship, so a page can show a screen that has since moved or changed. The docs are updated as the product changes.

What you see depends on your organization

What you see in Quanty depends on your plan, the add-ons your organization has (for example TMS), your role and your organization's settings. A page can describe a button, a page or a feature that you do not have.

Sample data in screenshots

Screenshots and videos use sample data. Names, companies, vehicles, phone numbers, amounts and other figures in them are made up.

Not legal, tax or other professional advice

The docs describe what Quanty does, not what the law requires. They are not legal, tax, accounting, employment or transport-law advice. Topics such as KSeF, VAT, working time and posting declarations depend on your situation and on rules that change: check them with your adviser.

Your agreement comes first

Your agreement with us and the Terms of service prevail over these docs. Where the docs and your agreement differ, your agreement applies.

AI features

Output of Quanty's AI features, such as AI columns, the assistant, agents and reading documents, can be wrong or incomplete. A person should check it before it is used for a decision, a payment or a document sent to someone else.

Names of other companies

Product and company names in the docs, such as WhatsApp, Meta, Google, Microsoft and Marcos TMS, belong to their owners. A mention is not a partnership with them or an endorsement by them.
