Getting started

This guide takes you from your first sign-in to a working sheet. Quanty is an AI workbook platform: you upload documents, define columns with prompts, and the AI fills the sheet with cited, reviewable values.

Accounts are invite-only

Quanty does not offer open self-service signup. Your account must be invited before you can use the platform:

• If a colleague invited you to their organization, open the invitation link from your email and follow the You're Invited! flow. Accepting the invitation creates your account and adds you to the organization.
• If you sign in with an email address that has not been invited, you land on a page explaining that your account isn't authorized yet. Ask an organization owner or admin to invite you, or contact Quanty if you are setting up a new organization.

Sign in

Go to app.quanty.ai and either:

• enter your email and password, or
• use Continue with Google.

If you forget your password, use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page to receive a reset link and then Set a new password.

Set up two-factor authentication

Quanty requires a second factor for every account. Your workspace requires a second factor at every sign-in, and it cannot be turned off.

At your first sign-in you are asked to enroll:

1. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, 1Password or Authy. You can also enter the setup key manually.
2. Confirm enrollment by entering the 6-digit code from the app.

On every later sign-in you complete a short challenge by entering the current 6-digit code. Your MFA status is shown in Settings as Active, or Required — set up at next sign-in if enrollment is still pending. If you lose access to your authenticator, an administrator can use Reset two-factor authentication for your account.

Organizations and workspaces

Everything in Quanty lives inside an organization (also called a workspace): workbooks, files, chat conversations, agents and integrations. You can belong to several organizations and switch between them; each has its own members, roles and billing.

Subscription and AI tokens

AI features require an active subscription. If your organization's owner has no active plan, you see the message Subscription required — Quanty requires an active subscription to use AI features and are taken to the Choose your plan screen.

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI tokens. Running AI columns, chat, transcription and generation features consume tokens from this allowance; you can buy one-time top-up packs when you run low. See Billing & tokens.

The welcome tour

On the Home screen, new users see a Getting started panel titled Welcome to Quanty — "Turn documents into a working sheet in three steps":

1. Create a workbook — a workbook keeps your documents, sheets and results in one place.
2. Add your documents — create a file column and upload PDFs, reports or contracts. Each file becomes a row.
3. Let AI fill the sheet — add AI columns with a prompt. Quanty reads every document and writes the answers.

Use Create your first workbook to begin, or Skip the tour if you already know the product. Inside the grid, a nudge appears at the right moment: Now add an AI column.

Language, theme and hints

Quanty is available in English, Polish and Deutsch. Change the language in Settings → Preferences, along with:

• Theme — Light, Dark or System.
• Date Format and Time Format.
• Interface hints — contextual tips can be toggled per area: Navigation, Spreadsheet, Column creation and Chat.
