Plans and billing
Each organization in Quanty has its own subscription, paid through Stripe. The plan sets the organization's monthly AI credits, its seats, tables and file storage, how much team chat and calls it includes, and which integrations it can use. Credits and what spends them are on Credits and usage.
Before you start
- Only organization admins choose a plan, pay and see the Billing page: "Only administrators can choose a plan". Members and viewers see Usage with their credits.
- Each organization pays for itself: a second organization needs its own plan, and members of an organization are covered by its subscription.

The app shows prices in złoty when Quanty is in Polish and in US dollars otherwise, with the other currency under it ("or 299 zł / month"). Prices are net. Custom is a plan agreed with you ("Seats, tables and storage agreed with you", "We map your processes and build the functionality you are missing"); its card says Talk to us.
Call hours are never unlimited on any plan. How calls, call hours and recordings work is on Calls and recordings, and the message history per plan on Chat. The TMS is an add-on to a plan: Quanty switches it on for your organization; ask us (see TMS overview).
Choose a plan
- Open Choose your plan: from Choose a plan on the read-only banner, from Manage plan on Usage, or from Upgrade to Gold on a locked integration. "Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time."
- Pick Monthly or Yearly ("Save 11%": "/ month, billed yearly", with the yearly total).
- Click Choose Gold (or another plan). Quanty opens Stripe's checkout: "Payments are processed securely by Stripe."
- After paying, Subscription activated, with Continue to dashboard and View billing settings.
The plan applies to the organization shown under the title ("For Przykładowa Spedycja"). With a yearly plan you pay once a year; the credits still come every month.
The Billing page

Manage the subscription
Manage Subscription opens Stripe's billing portal, where you change the plan, switch between monthly and yearly, update the card and cancel: "plan changes & cancellation via the Stripe portal". Edit billing details opens it too, for the company name, address and tax IDs on your invoices. Existing subscribers keep the price they pay; new prices apply to new subscriptions and plan changes.
When a payment fails
Every organization is in one of these states:

| Grace | A banner: "The last payment did not go through" and "You can keep working for 5 more days. After that the organization becomes read-only." It can be hidden for the session. |
| Read-only | A banner that stays: "The organization is read-only, so new changes cannot be saved. Everything already here is intact: you can still open, search and export all of it." |
- After a failed renewal, the organization has 7 days of grace: everything keeps working.
- When the grace ends unpaid, or the subscription has ended ("The subscription has ended"), the organization becomes read-only at once. A new organization that has never had a plan starts read-only too: "This organization is not activated yet".
- Read-only means every change is refused, with "Changes cannot be saved": editing cells, adding rows, AI, automations, calls and syncs all stop. Opening, searching and exporting keep working, and nothing is deleted.
- Admins see Choose a plan and Go to billing; everyone else: "Ask an administrator of this organization to sort out the payment."
- Paying switches the organization back on at once.
When Quanty is still setting your organization up, the banner says "Quanty is still setting this up": "There is nothing to pay right now. We will tell you when it is ready."
Notifications about billing
Admins are notified when a payment fails, when the subscription is past due or cancelled, and when the seat limit is reached.
Our commitments
- Price cuts are passed on. When a model provider lowers its prices, the credits a task costs go down with it.
- Changes are announced. A change to how fast AI work spends credits is announced at least 30 days ahead, and never takes effect in the middle of a billing period.
Good to know
- Seats and tables. Inviting stops when all seats are taken (see Members and invitations). The plan card says how many tables an organization can have ("Up to 25 tables").
- More storage. Storage packs add space for good (see Credits and usage).
- Deleting an organization does not end its subscription by itself: cancel it in Manage Subscription first.
- Call hours are for team calls in Chat; the AI Secretary is paid from credits (see AI Secretary).
